Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）自動車エンジン扉内のタイヤ着座部上に載置され
    たスペアタイヤに対し横方向に位置する車体部材に、該
    タイヤを介して対向配置された支持部材並びに掛止ブラ
    ケットと、この支持部材に一端部が回動可能に枢軸点さ
    れた保持バーと、エンジンフード内側に設けた係止部と
    から構成され、上記保持バーの他端部を回動して上記掛
    止ブラケットに掛止した場合はタイヤ上面を下方に押圧
    して該タイヤを定着保持し、起立したエンジンフードの
    上記係止部に係止′した場合は該フードの起立姿勢を保
    持し得るようになされた、フードステー兼用スペアタイ
    キ保持装置。
  2. （２）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載の
    装置において、掛止ブラケットの掛止部が階段状に複数
    段形成されていることを特徴とする、フードステー兼用
    スペアタイヤ保持装置。
