てパルスモータに送出するとともに複数の第２の外部操
作スイッチの操作に応じてパルスモータの始動、停止お
よび逆転を制御する第２の手段と、第１および第２の外
部操作スイッチのうち少なくともいずれか一方のスイッ
チの複数が同時に操作された場合に第２の手段からのパ
ルスモータへのパルス列の送出を禁止する第３の手段と
