ら突設した灯具本体に、ハンドルを該ハンドルが灯具本
体に対して背面側に位置する第１位置と充電プラグが露
出する第２位置とをとり得るように回動自在に枢支し、
ハンドルの回動につれて回動するスイッチ摺動片と該摺
動片が摺接する固定のスイッチ基板からなり点灯位置と
消灯位置を切換える第１スイッチ手段を設けたものにお
いて、商用電源通電時ＯＦＦ　し停電時ＯＮする第２ス
イッチ手段と第１スイッチ手段と電球と二次電池とを直
列接続し、第１スイッチ手段のスイッチ基板の接点面を
前記ハンドルが第２位置にある時点灯位置或いは消灯位
