    、該音声信号を増幅する増幅装置と、該増幅装置から供
    給される音声信号を音声に変換する出力装置とを備え、
    該音声信号に対応した音声を再生するオーディオ装置に
    おいて、再生される音声の音質を改良する装置であって
    、 コンデンサ及びコイルから成る並列回路を備え、該並列
    回路が、前記音声信号を伝送する音声信号伝送線路に、
    該音声信号伝送線路に接続された負荷に対して並列に接
    続されることを特徴とする１−ダイオ装置用音質改良装
