It has the following disadvantages. In order to further improve and eliminate the drawbacks of the sublimation transfer method described in (4) above, the present invention utilizes a hot stamping method, that is, a transfer material containing an ink layer printed with a non-sublimable dye in the transfer layer. We discovered that by once transferring this transfer layer to the surface of a synthetic resin member that is to be chromosomal and then dry heating it, it is possible to dye even non-sublimable dyes, which was conventionally thought to be impossible with dry heating. This has led to the completion of the present invention.

The transfer material used in the present invention may have any layer structure as long as the transfer layer includes an ink layer printed with a non-sublimable dye. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a polyester film, A release material that can be peeled off from the base sheet 1, such as polymethyl methacrylic acid resin, is printed on one side of the base sheet 1 made of a sheet such as seronon, or a composite material of this and paper, etc., and then peeled off. After forming a layer 2, and then forming an ink layer 3 with a desired pattern on this layer by gravure printing or the like using a colored ink containing a non-sublimable dye,
Furthermore, an adhesive layer 4 that adheres to the transferred object by heat and pressure is provided on this, or as shown in FIG. One provided with a colored adhesive layer 5 containing a dye and having a desired pattern can be used.

In the present invention, after the transfer layer of the above-mentioned transfer material is placed on the surface of the synthetic resin member of the object to be transferred as shown in FIG.
By dry heating, the non-sublimable dye contained in the ink layer 3 or the colored adhesive layer 5 of the desired pattern is transferred into the synthetic resin member 6 of the transfer target, and the ink layer of the transfer layer a is transferred as shown in FIG. The synthetic resin member of the transferred body at the position corresponding to the pattern 3 is dyed.

After heat dyeing, the transfer layer a remaining on the surface of the transfer material is dissolved and removed by solvent cleaning or hot water washing, or is removed by polishing by puffing, etc., and as shown in FIG. 5, the ink layer of the desired design formed on the transfer material is removed. A dyed product having a dyed pattern corresponding to the pattern 3 is obtained.

As the non-sublimable dye contained in the ink layer or colored adhesive layer used in the present invention, various conventionally known non-sublimable dyes can be used, but it is desirable to select and use them as appropriate depending on the synthetic resin member to which they are applied.

For example, if the synthetic resin member is acrylic resin, use basic dyes, acidic dyes, etc., if it is polyester resin, use non-sublimable disperse dyes, cationic dyes, etc., and if it is polyamide resin, use acidic dyes, etc. It is preferable to use dyes, non-sublimable disperse dyes, vat dyes, etc., and in the case of polypropylene resins, oil-soluble dyes, non-sublimable disperse dyes, etc., appropriately selected.

As explained above, the present invention utilizes a transfer material containing an ink layer printed with a non-sublimable dye in the transfer layer to apply a non-sublimable property to the synthetic resin member of the transfer target, which has been completely unthinkable in the past. Dyeing can be carried out only by dry heating the dye.

Therefore, even when dyeing a three-dimensional surface such as a cylindrical or spherical surface, it is possible to dye a delicate and detailed continuous tone pattern like a multicolor print without causing any pattern misalignment, compared to sublimation 4-layer dyeing. However, it is possible to obtain chromosomes with superior dye properties and fastness using inexpensive dyes, and mass production is possible due to the high transfer speed of the transfer material to the transfer target. can penetrate and migrate into the interior of the synthetic resin, making it possible to obtain chromosomes with a three-dimensional effect.
