なものとなる一方、塗布杆の端部に塗着した化粧料はカ
バーによって完全に覆われており、従って化粧料の欠損
や変質は生じないから、商品価値は著しく向上する他、
化粧料はカバーに付着することがないから、化粧料の無
効消費は生じないという利点があり、且カバーは透明で
あるから、化粧料の種類を外部より容易に確認すること
