Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、ゴム、プラスチックシースケーブルの接続部
又は終端部を構成するモールド絶縁補強筒の挿着方法に
関するものである。
近年、第１図に示すようなゴム、プラスチックケーブル
の接続部（又は終端部）は、予め工場で成形されたゴム
モールド絶縁補強筒１２をケーブル導体接続部１３上（
又はケーブルコア１１上）に挿着して構成する方法が汎
用されつ＼あるが、この方法によると、ゴムモールド絶
縁補強筒１２の軸心孔がケーブルコア１１の外径より小
さく設計されているため補強筒１２を接続すべき一方の
ケーブルコア１１上に挿通ずる際及びコア上に挿通した
補強筒１２を導体接続部１３上に引寄せる際に、摩擦抵
抗が非常に大きく界面に潤渭剤を塗布してもなお多大な
押圧力を要し、殊に高電圧用の大型接続部の場合は特殊
な工具を用いなげればならないためモールド絶縁補強筒
１２が変形したり破損する等の欠点があった。
本発明は斯る欠点を解消する目的でなされたもので、地
下図面によって本発明の一実施例を説明する。
第２図乃至第４図は本発明方法の工程説明図で先づ、ケ
ーブル導体接続部（又は終端部）に挿着する絶縁補強筒
２を、第２図に示す円周溝内に球体を配夕１ルた環状の
ベアリング４を長手方向に複数突設した内径がケーブル
コア１の外径より若干大きい二ツ割円筒体３上にスライ
ドさせて被せ、絶縁補強筒２を被せた該円筒体３を第３
図に示すように接続すべき一方のケーブルコア１上に挿
通しておいてからケーブル導体をスリーブ接続した後、
予め絶縁補強筒２を被せケープコア１上に挿通の円筒体
３を第４図に示すようにケーブル導体接続部５上に引戻
し所定の位置において絶縁補強筒２から円筒体３を矢印
方向に引抜いて、絶縁補強筒２の両端をケーブルコア１
，１に密着させて取付け、引抜いた円筒体３は二ツ割り
して解体しケーブルコア１上から除去する。
本発明によれば、上述のようにケーブル導体接続部上に
嵌挿する絶縁補強筒２を、環状のベアリング４を長手方
向に複数突設し内径がケーブルコアの外径より若干大き
い二ツ割円筒体３上にベアリング上をスライドさせて被
せ、該円筒体３を介し絶縁補強筒２をケーブルコア１上
に挿入するから、一方のケーブルコア上への挿入時及び
ケーブル導体接続部５上への移動が極めて容易であり、
また所定の位置に移動後絶縁補強筒２から円筒体３を引
抜く時の抵抗はベアリングのころがり摩擦のみで大きな
力を要しないから絶縁補強筒２の挿着が確実に且つ簡単
迅速に行なえ、従来法のように挿着時に絶縁補強筒が破
損したり或は変形するような惧れはなく作業能率が著し
く向上する等の利点がある。
μお以上は本発明方法をケーブル接続部に適用した実施
例について述べたが、本発明はこれに限定されることな
くケーブルの終端部における絶縁補強筒の挿着にも適用
しうろことは勿論である。

、第２図乃至第４図は本発明方法の一実施例を示す説明
図である。 １：ケーブルコア、２：絶縁補強筒、３：ニラ割円筒体
、４：ベアリング、５：導体接続部。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ ケーブルコアと同心状に挿着してケーブル接続部又
    は終端部を構成するモールド絶縁補強筒を、予め、円周
    溝内に球体を配列した複数の環状ベアリングを突設し内
    径がケーブルコアの外径より若干大きい二側円筒体上に
    嵌込んでケーブルコア上に挿通し、所定の位置に移動さ
    せた後、円筒体を引抜きケーブルコア上に絶縁補強筒を
    密着させて取付けることを特徴とするケーブル接続部又
    は終端部における絶縁補強筒挿着方法。
