Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to easily fasten a seat belt by a method wherein the lower fixing part of a three point monuting type seat belt is automatically shifted back and forth along a horizontal straight guide member arranged in the neighborhood of a compartment interior side sill at the lower edge side of a door opening. CONSTITUTION:When the seating of a passenger is detected by a switch internally equipped at a seat cushion 26a and, after that, the closing of a door 4 is detected by a door switch, a motor 22 is rotated clockwise in order to shift the anchor 13 of the lower fixing part of the belt forward along the guide 16 to the rear part of the seat cushion 26a and to stop the anchor 13 there. In such a manner, the anchor 13 of the lower fixing part of the seat belt 10 only faces against the compartment interior side, while being brought into closely contact with the compartment interior side. Accordingly, the belt 10 slantwise faces against the opening 3, resulting in enabling to directly grasp the belt and to easily fasten the belt.

The three-point seat belt is as shown in FIG.
The seat belt 53 has one end disposed below the side or connected to the tractor 54, is folded back through a through ring 55 disposed above the side, hangs downward, and is fixed via an anchor 56 below the side. However, the belt 53 has a through ring 5.
A retaining tank plate 57 is slidably provided under the tank plate 5. When the seat belt 53 is not fastened, the door 5 is closed as shown in the figure.
The tank plate 57 is held vertically on the rear inside of the seat 58, and when it is installed, reach backwards, pinch the belt at the appropriate place, pull it forward and inward, and engage the tank plate 57 with a locking device such as a buckle located on the center side of the passenger compartment of the seat 58. In this way, the seat belt 53 is worn around the waist and shoulders.

In the three-point seat belts mentioned above, the seat belt is located at the rear and side of the seat, so when you try to put on the belt, there is a distance between you and the belt, so you have to twist your body and reach out to pull the belt. It is inconvenient to put it on because it needs to be grabbed.

Especially when the doors are large, such as in a two-door car, the pillar at the rear of the door where the seat belt is installed vertically moves away from the rear of the seat.
The distance between the belt and the belt becomes large, making it inconvenient to wear.

Various improvements have been proposed in the past in order to improve the above-mentioned problems. For example, in Utility Model Application No. 121020/1983, the belt guide arm l is raised diagonally to face the side of the seat in conjunction with the raising and lowering of the seat. It is pulled out to the side, and the belt guide arm is folded sideways and stored vertically behind the door, but according to this, when it is installed, the belt guide arm stands diagonally to the side of the seat and protrudes into the interior. It is hard to say that it is the best in terms of appearance. Matami Kai 53rd year
- In No. 36239, the sides of the roof section are moved forward and backward in conjunction with the seat belt folding and folding of the seat, but when the seat is folded down, the belt is vertically located in the middle or front of the door opening. It is difficult to say that it is the best for getting on and off the train and loading and unloading luggage. Furthermore, in Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-56624, a seatbelt locking hook is provided on the shoulder of the seatback, and the belt is locked to this so that when the seatback is worn, the user can reach out and grab the belt. However, in this case, in a two-door car, the seat back is folded down when the rear seat passenger gets in and out, and the belt needs to be attached and detached each time, making the operation cumbersome.

The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the conventional three-point seat belt and the disadvantages of the above-mentioned conventional solutions that have been improved. A guide member is provided in the front-rear direction, and the lower end of the seatbelt that is folded back through the through ring and extended downward is attached and supported. When the seatbelt is worn, the guide member guides the lower end of the belt to the rear of the seat. The lower end of the seatbelt can be moved forward so that it faces the rear of the seat when it is not worn. The object of the present invention is to provide a three-point seat belt device for a vehicle, which has advantages such as not protruding.

In the above, when detecting a state in which the seat cushion 26b of the seat 26 is folded forward and the door 4 is opened without the seatbelt being worn, that is, when a passenger is getting on and off the rear seat or when loading and unloading luggage, , the door opening/closing switch, the seat cushion sitting/unseating detection switch, the seat cushion forwarding detection switch, etc., drive the motor 23 in reverse, and the anchor 13 is connected to the door behind the seat cushion 26a via the rail 18 and the slider 19. Move the lower part of opening 3 to the rear. As a result, the seat belt 10 has its upper part supported by the pillar part 5 and is extended downward so as to face the rear inside of the opening 3, and the seat belt 10 is hidden behind the opening and is used for getting on and off or loading and unloading luggage. It won't get in the way. This is shown by solid line A in FIG.

An occupant sits on the seat cushion 26a of the front seat 26, detects this with a switch built into the seat cushion 26a, and then controls the closing of the door 4 using a door switch, such as a switch provided at the door opening or an opening/closing hinge. This is detected by a switch provided, and the motor 22 is rotated in the forward direction, and the anchor 13, which is the lower end of the belt, is moved forward from the backward limit position by the rail and slider, and the rear cloth of the seat cushion 26a is moved, and the front The limit of movement to is detected, for example, by a switch provided on the rail, and the motor 22 is stopped at the rear of the seat cushion 26a. The lower end anchor 13 of the seat belt 10 is in close contact with the side surface of the side sill inner panel 15 in the vehicle interior, and only this anchor faces the side surface of the side sill vehicle interior.

In the above, the spring 229 is made stronger than the spring 230,
Normally, the anchor 13 is pulled to the front end of the rail 218, and when the door 4 is closed, the lower end of the belt 10 is at the forward limit position facing the rear of the seat, as shown by chain line B in FIG. When the door 4 is opened, the wire 228c is guided by the pulleys 232 and 231 and pulled, the spring load of the spring 230 increases and overcomes the spring 229, and the wire 228b is pulled, which is passed through the pulley 224 to the wire 228a. conveyed,
The slider 219 moves backward along the rail 218,
That is, the anchor 13 moves rearward, reaches the rear end limit position of the rail 218, and is stored behind the opening 3, as shown in FIG. 4 aA.

In this embodiment, the belt 310 is stored in the gap 333 on the rear side of the door opening when the anchor 313 is at the maximum backward position, and the seat belt including the through ring and belt anchor is stored so that the belt is not exposed on the side of the rear seat 7. Therefore, there is no need to touch the lower part of the belt with your feet, and there is no chance of touching it with an umbrella or the like, so the belt does not get dirty, and furthermore, there is no need to touch it when loading or unloading luggage or getting on and off the passenger. do not have. While having this advantage, when worn, the belt 310 is pulled out from the gap 333 and is allowed to move forward through the elongated hole 316.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, the lower end of the one-belt, three-point seatbelt is moved to the rear of the seat when it is not worn, and moved forward to the rear of the seat when it is attached, using the guide means provided on the side sill. , the seatbelt can be easily grasped by simply extending your hand without taking an unnatural posture, making it easier to put on the seatbelt. Since the arms and other protrusions do not protrude to the side of the seat, there is no feeling of a foreign body, and the appearance is also favorable. It has many advantages, such as being able to attach the belt while supporting it at an ideal anchor point because the fixation point is moved.
