は本考案に係るテープガイドの他の実施態様の拡大部分

Claims (11)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）外表面に多数の微細な凹部及び凸部を有して成る
    合成樹脂製のテープガイド本体を設け、該テープガイド
    本体の外表面に金属層を形成したことを特徴とする磁気
    テープカートリッジ用テープガイド。
  2. （２）金属層はＣｒ又はＮｉの薄膜である実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のテープガイド。
  3. （３）金属層は金属と潤滑性を有する不溶性微粒子とを
    一定割合で複合共析させた無電解メッキ層である実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のテープガイド。
  4. （４）金属はＮｉ又はＣｒである実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第３項記載のテープガイド。
  5. （５）潤滑性を有する不溶性微粒子はテフロン粉末又は
    グラファイト粉末である実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項
    記載のテープガイド。
  6. （６）テープガイドはテープガイドローラ又はテープガ
    イドポールであって、凹部及び凸部は外周面に縞状に配
    列されて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のテー
    プガイド。
  7. （７）テープガイドはテープガイドローラ又はテープガ
    イドポールであって、凹部及び凸部は外周面に螺旋状に
    配列されて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のテ
    ープガイド。
  8. （８）凹部の深さは０．００５〜０．０２ｔｙｍ：凸部
    の幅は０．０１〜０．１７７Ｂとされ、且つ凸部は０．
    ０５〜０゜１５ｍｍの間隔で形成されて成る実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第６項又は第７項記載のテープガイド。
  9. （９）テープガイドはテープガイドローラ又はテープガ
    イドポールであって、凸部は小突起物にて形成されて成
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のテープガイド。
  10. （１０）小突起物の直径は０．０１〜０．１票、高さは
    ０．００５〜０．０２０ｍｍであって、各小突起物は互
    いに０６０５）０．１５ＴＩｒＩｊＫだけ離隔して配置
    されて成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第９項記載のテープ
    ガイド。
  11. （１１）テープガイド本体の合成樹脂はポリアセクール
    、ポリエチレン、又はポリアミドである実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のテープガイド。
