平骨材3とで一体化した鋼製連続壁部材1となし、前記
緊張具4を、一端部に抑圧板9を固定し、他端部に雄ネ
ジ部8を刻設した螺杵7の左右−組と、当該螺杵7の雄
ネジ部8に、雄ネジ部6を内部に刻設した作動操作管5
を螺合支持し、その内、水平骨材3に当接支持する一t
l’tlE板9を、当該抑圧板9と水平骨材3の係合孔
部12との間に挿通した連結ピン11で支持固定し、前
記作動操作管5の回動によって左右−組の螺杵7を左右
相反方向へ連動させるように構成したことを特徴とする
布掘工事用土留装置としたので、第3図の如く浅い掘削
溝Xの時点でクレーン等で吊持嵌装せしめ、土留めしな
がら掘削作業が進行するにともない、当該ユニットAを
次第に下降せしめれば、所定の深さまで掘削作業に際し
ては溝周壁の崩壊の危険性は解消され、極めて安全な掘
削作業を行ない得ると共に、土留めユニットAは連続壁
部材1,1′と緊張具4を夫々組立、分解自在に一体構
成しているので、構造簡単にして組立分解操作も簡便で
あり、取扱操作容易にして、迅速な作業を可能にするの
で、水道管、電カケープル、ガス管等の布設工事や建築
基礎工事の布掘等多分野の布設工事に於げる土留効果は
、従来の木矢板土留工法と比較した場合に、その労働力
に於いて約30〜40%の節減となり、作業能率に於い
ては3〜4倍の能力を発揮すると共に、布掘工事に於け
る最も重要である土砂崩壊の危険性が解消出来、作業安
全管理上類ぶる優れた効果をもたらす発明である。
