Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a high efficiency with a small capacity heater by priority control of the action of a hot water feeding circuit in the combination of the temperature of a boiler water, a hot water circuit utilizing signal and a heating circuit controlling signal for a hot water feeding heating system of a single can/2-circuit type boiler. CONSTITUTION:A boiler water temperature detector 4 is heated with a heater 2 within a set temperature range to raise the temperature of the boiler water. The boiler water temperature detector 4 and a controller 5 combines to start or stop a circulation pump 6 within a specified temperature range of the boiler water temperature. When detecting the utilization of a hot water feeding circuit, a hot water feeding circuit utilization detector 8 and a controller 5 combine to start or stop the circulation pump 6 to prefer the hot water feeding circuit. This can make the heater 2 smaller in the capacity to shorten the heating stoppage time during the simultaneous operation of feeding hot water and heating. Thus, the lowering of the room temperature can be prevented thereby improving the efficiency.
