Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、水不溶性の微粉末を安定に分散する事の出来
るシャンプー組戊物に関するものである３液体シャンプ
ー組戊物中に水不溶性の微粉末を安定に分散する事は、
パール光沢様の外観を付与する事や、特殊な薬効剤、殺
菌剤、懸濁化剤等の配合によりシャンプーの商品価値を
高める上で従来よりよく実施されている。
液体シャンプー組戊物中に水不溶性の微粉末を安定に分
散するためには、（１）分散された微粒子が凝集を起さ
ない事、（２）分散系が高い降伏値を有する事等が必要
である。
このような条件を満たす系としては、非常に粘度の高い
系又は非ニュートン流動性を示すチキソトロピツクな系
が考えられるが、前者は系の流動性が乏しく使いやすい
液体状のシャンプーが得られない。
後者については、特公昭４９−４９１１７号公報に開示
された公知技術がある。
即ち、アンモニウム塩または有機基で置換されたアミン
塩からなる陰イオン性界面活性剤と水溶性ポリアクリル
酸を組合せ、アンモニア又はアルカノールのような有機
アミンで、系のｐＨを６〜８に調節する事により水不溶
性の微粉末を安定に分散し得る系が得られる。
本発明はこの公知技術の改良に関するものである。
一般にシャンプーの基本的な性能は、起泡力、洗浄力に
ある事はよく知られた事実である。
このような性能を満足させるためには、一般に陰イオン
性界面活性剤のみでは、不充分であり脂肪酸アルカノー
ルアミド等の添加が不可欠であり、市場にみられるシャ
ンプーの大部分は、この２戊分を必須戊分としていると
いってもいいすぎではない。
しかるに先に掲げた公報（特公昭４９−４９ｔｔ７）記
載の発明において、脂肪酸アルカノールアミドを配合す
ると、系の粘度が著るしく低下し降伏値がほとんどゼロ
となり結果として水不溶性の微粉末は沈降してしまい、
安定な分散系は得られない事が判明した。
従って、従来の公知の技術では水不溶性の微粉末が安定
に分散した液体シャンプーに脂肪酸アルカノールアミド
を配合する事は不可能であり、起泡力の優れた分散安定
性の良いシャンプーを製造する事は困難であった。
本発明者らは、これらの点を改善すべく研究を行なった
結果本発明を完戊するに到った。
即ち、本発明は、アンモニウム塩又は有機アミン塩から
なる陰イオン性界面活性剤と水溶性ポリアクリル酸のア
ンモニウム塩又は有機アミン塩とを主或分とする液体シ
ャンプー組或物に対し、脂肪酸アルカノールアミドを配
合するに当り、低級アルコール類、グリコール類並びに
アルカノール？ミン類からなる群より選ばれた安定剤を
配合してなることを特徴とする水不溶性微粉末を安定に
分散しうる起泡力の優れた液体シャンプーａｔ物を提供
するものである。
本発明組戊物の各或分の含有量（′！陰イオン性界面活
性削５〜３０重量饅好ましくは１０〜２０重量係、水溶
性ポリアクリル酸の塩Ｏ．１〜１．０重量％好ましくは
０．４〜０．６重量％脂肪酸アルカノールアミド１〜１
０重量係好ましくは３〜５重量饅、安定剤１〜２０重量
好ましくは３〜１０重量ψである。
本発明において用いられる陰イオン性界面活性剤として
は、分子内に８ないし２２個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族
アルキル硫酸エステル、分子内に８ないし２２個の炭素
原子を有するアルコキシポリエテノキシ（１−１０モル
）硫酸エステル、アルキル基が８ないし１２個の炭素原
子を有するアルキルフエノキシポリエテノキシ（１−１
０七ノ０硫酸エステル、分子内に８ないし７２２個の炭
素原子を含む脂肪族モノオレフインスルホン酸、マたは
９ないし１８個好ましくは平均炭素数１２の直鎖または
分岐鎖のアルキル基を有するアルキルベンゼンスルホン
酸のアンモニウム塩、またはモノエタノールアミン、ジ
エタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、２−アミノ
ー２−メチループロパン−１、３−ジオールのような有
機基で置換されたアミン塩等が示される。
又、本発明において用いられる脂肪酸アルカノールアミ
ドとしては脂肪酸部分の炭素数が１０〜１４の脂肪酸モ
ノエタノールアミド又はジエタノールアミド等が例示さ
れる。
又、本発明に用いられる低級アルコール類としては、炭
素数１〜３のアルコールが好ましく、メチルアルコール
、エチルアルコール、及ヒイソプロビルアルコール等が
例示される。
グリコール類としては、炭素数２〜６のグリコール類が
好ましク、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール
、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ヘ
キシレングリコール等が例示される。
アルカノールアミン類としては、モノエタノールアミン
、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン等が例示
される。
本発明の組威物中に安定に分散されうる水不溶性粉末と
しては、例えば、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸バリウム、チタ
ンホワイト、ハンザ黄、石、タルクなどの顔料あるいは
研磨剤、雲母、魚鱗などのパール化剤あるいは濁り剤、
ジンクー２−ピリジルーチオ−１ ， ｌ’−ジオキサ
イドのような殺菌防腐剤等があげられる。
特公昭４９−４９１１７号公報に開示されたアンモニウ
ム塩又は有機アミン塩からなる陰イオン性界面活性剤と
水溶性ポリアクリル酸のアンモニウム塩又は有機アミン
塩からなる高い降伏値を有する水不溶性微粉末の分散安
定性の良い系に、脂肪酸アルカノールアミドを配合する
と降伏値及び粘度低下が起き分散安定性が非常に悪くな
る原因については明らかではないが、このような系に脂
肪酸アルカノールアミドとしてラウリン酸ジエタノール
アミドを添加した場合の系の粘度及び光の透過率を測定
した結果を表−１に示す。
この実験は、光の透過率を測定する関係上水不溶性の微
粉末は添加していない系で行なった。

クリル酸；カーボポール９４１ （グットリツチ社製） 表−１より明らかなようにラウリン酸ジエタノールアミ
ドの添加とともに系の粘度は急激に低下し、それととも
に光の透過率は減少している。
この現象は、恐らく陰イオン性界面活性剤水溶液中に溶
解しているポリアクリル酸塩と添加されたラウリン酸ジ
エタノールアミドが相互作用を起こし、溶解していたポ
リアクリル酸塩の凝集が起ったものと推定される。
同様な方法で、ラウリン酸ジエタノールアミドの添加に
より粘度低下及び光の透過率の低下を起した系に先に述
べた低級アルコール類、グリコール類、又はアルカノー
ルアミン類を添加し、粘度及び光の透過率を測定した結
果を表−２に示す。
安定剤以外の組成は、 ラウリル硫酸トリエタノールアミン塩 ２５．０ｗｔ
％ラウリン酸ジエタノールアミド ４．０ポ
リアクリル酸（カーボポール９４１） ０．６
トリエタノールアミン ２．４水
バランス量表
−２よりラウリン酸ジエタノールアミドの添加により粘
度及び光の透過率の低下した系は低級アルコール、グリ
コール又はアルカノールアミンの添加により粘度及び光
の透過率が上昇する事が明らかである。
これは低級アルコール、グリコール又はアルカノールア
ミンにより凝集したポリアクリル酸塩が再溶解し、粘度
及び光の透過率を回復するものと推定される。
次にこのような系について水不溶性の微粉末を分散した
場合の安定性について比較した。
結果を表−３に示す。表−３から明らかなように脂肪酸
アルカノールアミ・ドを配合する事により、微粉末の分
散安定性は非常に悪化するが、本発明の安定剤を配合す
る事により安定性が回復する。
以下実施例をもって本発明を説明する。
実施例 ｌ 次の組或のシャンプーを製造し、酸化チタンの分散安定
性を試験した。

バランス量本シャンプーは３５０ｃ
ｐｓ（ａｔ３０°Ｃ）の粘度を有し５０℃，４０℃、室
温の各温度における保存テスト３ケ月後も酸化チタンの
沈降はなく安定な分散を示した。
実施例 ２ ラウリル硫酸トリエタノールアミン ２０．０ｗｔ

有し、実施例ｌと同様な保存テストの結果オキシ塩化ビ
スマスの沈降はなく安定なパール状の外観を有していた
。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ アンモニウム塩又は有機アミン塩からなる陰イオン
    性界面活性剤と水溶性ポリアクリル酸のアンモニウム塩
    又は有機アミン塩とを主威分とする液体シャンプー組戊
    物に対し、脂肪酸アルカノールアミドを配合するに当り
    、低級アルコール類、グリコール類並びにアルカノール
    アミン類からなる群より選ばれた安定剤を配合してなる
    ことを特徴とする水不溶性微粉末を安定に分散しうる起
    泡力の優れた液体シャンプー絹戊物。
