れ接続した貯湯槽１の外部に、循環ポンプ４、熱交換器
５、燃焼器６からなる加熱装置３を付設し、その熱交換
器５出口側を貯湯槽１上部へ接続し、入口側を分岐し貯
湯槽１の中間部および上部にそれぞれ遮断弁１０，９を
介して接続し、かつ、熱交換器５と遮断弁９接続部の遠
距離側の接続部に水温又は気温を検知して開閉する凍結
防止水抜き弁１３を設け、さらに貯湯槽１の上部および
中間部に温度検出素子１９．２０をそれぞれ取付け、こ
れらの検出素子１９．２０からの信号により前記加熱装
