Abstract

PURPOSE:To store and develop a sensitized material in large quantities, by providing a core of an image exposure side provided on a store means, a core being coaxial with said core and having the almost same outside diameter, and a side plate fitted to the image exposure side core so as to be slidable. CONSTITUTION:A moving device for sensitized material consists of a core 11 of an image exposure side provided on a store means, a developing side core 11' being coaxial with said core and having the almost same outside diameter, and a side plate fitted to the image exposure side core 11 so as to be slidable. In this state, a photographed film which has been fed out is wound to the core 11 provided on the store unit 2 through a guide consisting of pinch rollers 9, 9' and a film roller 12. In this case, since the side plate 2a is provided on the core 11, the film is wound easily and is stored like a roll, therefore, the sensitized material can be stored and developed in large quantities.

Conventionally, various methods have been proposed and put into practical use, in which, for example, photographing and developing a photosensitive material such as a microfilm are carried out in an integrated manner. These have a photographing section and a developing section connected,
Photographing on microfilm, etc., and subsequent development, fixing, washing, drying, etc. are carried out continuously or continuously, but normally the transport speed of the photographic material and the transport speed of the photosensitive material during the development process are different. Therefore, various methods have been adopted to perform both continuously or seamlessly.

For example, one method is to provide a non-transfer chamber between the photographing section and the developing section, allowing the exposed film to be relaxed and stored in a loop, and to compensate for the difference in speed between the photographing section and the developing section. One method is to absorb and adjust the amount in a chamber, and the other is to install an image storage chamber in place of the notofer chamber, store a certain amount of film that has been shot, and when a certain amount is reached, cut the film and stop shooting. There are known methods for starting the development of a film stored together with the camera. However, while the former method has the advantage of allowing photographing and development to be carried out simultaneously, there is a risk that static electricity and scratches may occur due to the films rubbing against each other when forming loops. Since it is essential that the loop is detected, complex means such as a sensor to detect the loop and adjustment of the shooting speed depending on the loop condition are required. In addition, in the latter case, when the film is stored in a loop, there is a risk that the film will rub against each other, causing static electricity and scratches, as in the former case. The amount of film that can be produced is limited to several meters, making it impossible to process large amounts of film.

As another method, a method has been proposed in which the photographed photosensitive material is once wound onto a reel in a storage chamber, and after being cut, the reel is reversed and sent to a developing device (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-43
Publication No. 632). This method allows photographed photosensitive materials to be stored and processed without causing the above-mentioned troubles, but -
Another drawback is that once development has started, the next photograph cannot be taken until all the wound-up photosensitive material is used up.

According to the present invention, it is possible to store and develop a large amount of imagewise exposed or photographed photosensitive material without causing the above-mentioned troubles due to the formation of loops, etc., and it is also possible to carry out the next imagewise exposure or photographing even during development processing. The aim is to provide a camera processor that can.

That is, the present invention comprises a means for imagewise exposing a long photosensitive material, a means for storing the imagewise exposed photosensitive material, a cutter for cutting the photosensitive material, and a means for developing the stored photosensitive material. In a camera processor in which a track and a development track are provided separately, and the photosensitive material wound on the imagewise exposure track side in the storage means is moved to the development track side, the imagewise exposure side provided in the storage means is Core and coaxially with this and! It consists of a developing side core having the same outer diameter and a side plate slidably fitted to the image exposing side core. After cutting the photosensitive material wound around the image exposing side core, the side plate moves to form the developing side core. There is a device for moving a photosensitive material in a camera processor, characterized in that it is configured to move the photosensitive material.

In the figure, 1 is an image exposure section (hereinafter referred to as the photographing section), 2 is a storage unit, and 3 is a developing section t.
As shown in FIG. 2, an image exposure track (hereinafter referred to as a photographing track) and a development track are provided so as to form separate tracks. An original 13 is photographed by an optical system 6 on a photosensitive material (hereinafter referred to as film) 4 which is continuously fed out from a reel 5 along a photographing track, and is sent to a storage unit 2 by a roller 7f. The fed-out photographed film is wound around the core 11 provided in the storage unit 2 by means of the pinch rollers 9, 9' and the arm of the film roller 12. At this time, the core 11 is provided with a side plate 2a as shown in FIG. After the film is fed through the cutter 8, the cutter 8 is activated to cut the film.
