Normally, when producing a single type of clothing in large quantities, multiple sewing stations are arranged along an endless conveyance path, and the conveyance device simultaneously feeds the sewn articles intermittently).
'S' ” To AA □, □In many cases, the fabricator sews each part of the garment together, and one garment is completed while the sewn product goes around the transport path once. However, in general, 1
The skill level of each seamstress 11 [sewing speed varies considerably depending on
Therefore, if such a system is to proceed smoothly and efficiently, it is necessary to allocate sewing steps according to the experience of the sewing workers, and then set the article conveyance speed to match the sewing speed of the most inexperienced worker. However, in practice, it is extremely difficult to make such settings perfectly, and a certain amount of error must be accepted. There are people who have plenty of time, and people who are busy and are at risk of producing defective products. Efficient production was nearly impossible.

The inventor of the present invention has solved the above problem by dividing the sewing process into steps that can be performed at the same speed when performed by the same person, and by setting up sewing stations equal to or larger than the number of steps. In addition, it is necessary to make the article feeding function independent for each sewing stage, to be able to switch between automatic and manual feeding operations at each station, and to provide a backup storage area for conveyed articles at each station. In other words, unskilled workers are assigned to one sewing station at a time, while skilled workers are assigned to take charge of a number of stations at once according to their level of skill, and the nine stations with one vacant space are automatically fed. This has enabled us to be ready to respond immediately to changes in sewing workers.

Next, referring to FIG. 5, the configuration and operation of the control section 35 for manually or automatically operating the above-mentioned lifting means 18 will be explained. The control section 35 is composed of a main air circuit 36 and a control air circuit 37, and uses control air generated by the control air circuit 37 to switch a switching valve 38 to connect the gate section 17 and the lifting means 1 that communicate with the switching valve 38.
8 cylinders 19 and 25 are operated. The control air circuit 37 includes a three-way valve 39 that switches between automatic and manual operation, a manual valve 40 that is disposed in the lower part of the workbench 11 and is switched by the sewing worker's pedal operation, and a gate section 17 and a lift valve 39 that switches between automatic and manual operation. One set of detection valves 41 are provided at each of the lower ends 14 of the passages 15, and are switched when the arrival of the hanger 3 is detected.
42, a regulating valve 43 which is provided near the upper end of the introduction path 13 and switches when it detects that an excessive number of hangers 3 have accumulated on the introduction path 13, and a regulation valve 43 which is provided near the sliding tube 32 of the guide rod 31. The cylinder rod 26 is pressed by switch pieces 45 and 46 attached to the upper and lower ends of the guide rod 31, respectively.

Then, the cylinders 19 and 25 operate, and when the first stop bar 21 of the gate part 17 protrudes, the second stop bar 2
2 rotates and the gate opens, so the hanger 3 is connected to the gate part 1.
7 toward the lower end 14 of the ascending path 15, the lower end 144C of the 27 claws of the lifting means 18 descends, and the claws 27 are hooked onto the rotating shaft 29 of the rotating roller 2. At this time, the upper end of the detection pulp 44 is pressed by the switch piece 45 at the upper end of the guide rod 31, and the pulse and valve 44 are switched.
The claw piece 27 changes from descending to ascending, lifting the hanger 3 and sending it to the next stage. Note that if several sets of hangers 3 have descended and stopped in succession at the gate 17tC, repeat the above operation. 18, they are automatically conveyed to the next sewing stage 7 in sequence. This operation continues until there are no more hangers 3 at either the gate portion 17 or the lower end K of the ascending path, and waits until the next hanger 3 arrives.

Next, the operation during manual operation, which involves the work of a sewing worker, will be explained. When the three-way pulp 3-9 is switched from the automatic operation position to the manual position, the second stop rod 22 of the gate part 17
opens, and at the same time one bander 3 descends and reaches the lower end 14 of the ascending path 15, the claw piece 27 of the lifting means 18 descends and fits below the rotating shaft 29 of the rotating roller 2, and 1. While holding down the circumferential surface of the rotating eye 22 with the lower surface of the presser plate 34, remove the necessary parts and process them according to the prescribed procedure.
When the manual pulp 41 disposed below 1 is stepped on, control air is passed through the manual pulp 40 from the detection pulp 42 and the regulation pulp 43, and then is applied to the switching pulp 38 through the three-way pulp 39, which switches the pulp 38. The claw piece 27 is raised and the hanger 3 is sent to the next stage. In conjunction with this feeding operation, the first stop bar 2 of the gate portion 17 is moved as shown in FIG. 3(a).
The next hanger 3, which was locked to the first can, is transferred to the second stop bar 22 like a third can opener, and at the same time as the claw piece 27 starts to descend, the second stop bar 22 is released, and the above-mentioned Return to standby state. Note that a large number of hangers 3 are located on the introduction path 13, and the regulating pulp 43 is placed at -1! Then, the control air circuit 37 is opened, the operation of the lifting hand 8 is forcibly stopped, and the feeding of the hanger 3 is temporarily stopped. In this case, the reserve quantity lowering section 1 installed in parallel with the conveying section 9
2. Since the hanger 3 to be sent to the first stage can be hung and stored, the sewing work can proceed without any hindrance when the next stage is stagnant. 0. Also, since the control section 35 of each sewing station 7 is independent, , it does not affect the feeding operation of the previous stage in any way.
