確実にし、しかも上記構成とすることで、固定リング5
の外面と、筒体2の内面との間に比較的大きな空間を形
成出来て、固定リング5と筒体2とに支持させて設ける
ダクトカバー7の取付けを容易にし、且つ固定リング5
が細径部1aと挿着部1bの境界部に圧接密着すること
