Abstract

PURPOSE:To form an image which is extremely difficult for counterfeit by printing two types of ink components for coloring in reaction with each other on both side surfaces of an impregnant sheet base. CONSTITUTION:Two types of compounds for coloring irreversibly chemical reaction in contact with each other are contained in two types of inks, which are used. In other words, one 2 of the above inks (e.g., ink containing nickel salt) is used to print a number on the front surface side of a printing base 1 (which is a paper impregnate with ink into the paper layer), and the other 3 of the ink (e.g., ink containing dimethylglyoxime) is printed solidly. Both inks are passed through the fibers of the paper inwardly in contact to be reacted at the position for coloring in red, and the number 2' is presented on the back surface side. Base pattern or fine pattern may be printed instead of the solid printing ink on the back surface side, thereby further effectively preventing the counterfeit and modification thereof.

Conventionally, to prevent counterfeiting of securities such as stock certificates, bills, checks, cargo vouchers, bonds, gift certificates, lottery tickets, lottery tickets, etc., there have been methods using penetrating number ink to penetrate the ink to the back side, There are methods such as printing a thin background pattern or printing a background pattern by shifting its position each time it rotates using an endless cylinder, so that each sheet has a different pattern of the background pattern to prevent numbers from being swapped.

The present invention differs from the above conventional method in that the printing ink printed on both sides of the paper penetrates into the middle layer of the paper, and the components in both inks react as the ink from both sides comes into contact with the middle layer of the paper. It utilizes the creation of an irreversible focusing body. In this way, the numbers on the front will appear on the back in exactly the same way.

By replacing the above-mentioned flat ink printing, especially on the back side, with a background pattern or ground pattern, it becomes even more complex, making it extremely difficult to forge or tamper with it, and it can be said to have a great sales promotion effect.

The present invention will be explained in detail with reference to drawings. Figure 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory diagram of printing in the present invention, and 1 is a printing substrate, which is mainly paper, and it is necessary for the ink to penetrate into the paper layer. 12 or NiSO4, etc.), and the reverse side is printed with printing ink 3 containing dimethylglyoxime. The ink penetrates inward through the fibers of the paper, and the nickel salt and dimethylglyoxime contained in both inks come into contact, causing an irreversible chemical reaction at that point to develop a red color. In other words, Figure 2 is an explanatory diagram of this situation, where Figure 2 (a) shows the front side, the same < (b) shows the back side, and the same < (C) Figure 2 shows the front side. 2 and 3 show the portions contacted by both inks 2 and 3, viewed from the back, and 2' is the number appearing on the back.
