Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the collecting efficiency even with a simple filter by circulating the wind generated by a fan between a grinder section and a dust collector. CONSTITUTION:A hood 13 is provided on a grinderstone wheel 2, and the hood 13 is connected to a dust collector exhaust port 12 with a hose 14. The dust collector is provided with a dust collector intake port 8, spatter prevention board 15, simple filter 9 filtering sucked powdery dust, turbofan 10 generating the wind, and motor 11 directly coupled with the turbofan 10. The fine powdery dust not filtered with the simple filter 9 at the start is again fed into the grinder aperture through the turbofan 10, dust collector exhaust port 12, hose 14, and hood 13, and is again filtered with the simple filter 9 through the dust collector intake port 8. Thereby, no fine powdery dust is exhausted into the atmosphere, resulting in the improved collecting efficiency even with the simple filter.
