    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 感熱紙、又は台紙に貼着された感熱ラベル等を、印字ヘ
    ッドの所定位置に配置した発熱体に接触させるためのロ
    ーラーを回転自在に支持している揺、動アームの位置を
    、マイクロスイッチ等の検出手段にて検出し、ローラー
    が所定位置に位置しておらず、印字ヘッドの発熱体と、
    感熱ラベル等との間に隙間が生じている場合には、その
    位置ズレを上記検出手段にて検出し、発熱体への通電を
    禁止するようにしたことを特徴とするサーマルプリンタ
    ー。　−
