A conventional shielded cable generally has a structure in which a wire core 10 consisting of a conductor 1 and an insulator 2 is twisted together, and a copper wire braid 4 and a sheath 8 are provided on top of the twisted wire core 10, as shown in Fig. 1. .

(1) For example, when used as a strain meter cable to measure strain in dams, port civil engineering, facilities, etc., this cable may be buried in concrete, underground, etc. In such cases, in the conventional cable structure, damage to the sheath or water entering the cable through the sheath travels in the length direction through the copper wire braid or stranded inclusion 3, and the insulation resistance eventually decreases, making it difficult to measure. There were problems such as becoming disabled.

(2)小サイズケーブルに於いては、ケーブル延線時の

(2) In small size cables, there were problems such as the conductor being easily broken due to the tension when the cable was stretched.

In other words, the gist of the present invention is to thoroughly cover the twisted wire cores with a conductive elastomer to improve water resistance and prevent a decrease in insulation resistance, and to provide conductive elements around the high tensile strength reinforcing fiber core. The structure is such that a drain wire made of horizontally wound wire is vertically attached in a straight line near the surface of the conductive elastomer to greatly improve the tensile strength and maintain electrical balance.

In addition, as conductive wires, for example, copper wires (including copper alloy wires) or aluminum wires (including aluminum alloy wires)

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on the attached drawings. As shown in FIG. A conductive elastomer 7 is fully coated on the circumference, and a drain wire 9 formed by horizontally wrapping a conductive wire 6 around a tensile strength reinforcing fiber core 5 is placed near the surface of the conductive elastomer 7 in a straight line. The rubber/plastic sheath 8 is applied on the circumference of the rubber/plastic sheath 8.

In this structure, the conductive elastomer 7 is fully coated on the twisted body and is closely integrated with the sheath 8.

Furthermore, since the conductive elastomer 7 is structured to be in contact with the drain wire 9 over its entire length, by grounding the drain wire 9 at the end of the cable, it is possible to obtain a much better shielding effect than with conventional cables. .

On the other hand, this drain wire 9 is arranged near the surface of the conductive elastomer 7 so that it can be easily grasped when a person grasps the cable by hand and pulls it, so that the tension can be borne by the reinforcing fiber core 5.

In addition, when the drain wire 9 and the wire cores 10 are twisted together, the geometrical arrangement of the drain wire 9 and each wire core 10 is always constant, resulting in electrical imbalance (i.e., this In some cases, a sufficient shielding effect can be expected in the core adjacent to the drain wire, but

) However, in the cable of this example, the drain wire is vertically attached to the wire core twisted body in a straight line, so each wire core is appropriately adjacent to the drain wire, so that electrical balance is maintained. It becomes a solid structure.
