あって、前記チップホルダを支持し下側に基準面と旋回
基準筒部を有するとともに、該筒部の直径上に断面が円
弧をなすキ一部を有するキー付カラーと、上面に基準面
と基準筒部を有し該基準筒部の直径上に前記キー付カラ
ーのキ一部を嵌装するキー溝を有して前記ホルダ軸に同
心に固定されるキー溝カラーと、該キー溝カラーの上面
の基準面ならびにキー付カラーの下面の基準面に前記ス
ロアウエイチップのチツプブレカ溝の前すくい角に等し
い角度で形成された上下面が接すると共に前記キー溝カ
ラーの基準筒部、並びに前記キー付カラーの基準筒部に
回転可能に嵌装される角度カラーと、前記スロアウエイ
チップが割り出された研削位置で前記前すくい角度傾斜
するように前記角度カラーを保つ規制部材とよりなるこ
