１１をエンジン１と走行装置との伝動径路中に直列に介
装した農用トラクタの伝動装置において、前記主変速機
構９の変速レバー１５と前記前後進切換え機構１０の切
換レバー１６とを近接して並設し、前記両レバー１５．
１６の中間に天秤状に揺動自在な牽制具２４を設け、こ
の牽制具２４の揺動によってその両逆端部２４ａ。
２４ｂが夫々前記主変速レバー１５の最高速位置Ｖ４及
び前記前後進切換え操作レバー１６の後進位置Ｒに背反
的に干渉すべく構成し、且つこの牽制具２４を天秤揺動
自在に枢支支持した部材２２を前記牽制具２４の揺動軸
心と直交する軸心周りに回動自在に配設し、この牽制具
支持部材２２を副変速レバー１９に連係し、前記副変速
レバー１９が低速り及び中立Ｎにあるときには前記牽制
具２４の両逆端部２４ａ、２４ｂが共に牽制作動位置か
ら後退し、前記副変速レバー１９が高速Ｈにあるときに
は前記牽制具２４の両逆端部２４ａ。
２４ｂが上記背反牽制作動位置にあるように、前記支持
部材２２が前記副変速レバー１９の作動に連動して変位
されるよう構成しであることを特徴とする農用トラクタ
