、１５はスプリング、１９はウェッジ、２６はエジェク
タ、２８はロックピンである。。
図、第３図は本考案による工具着脱装置の一実施例を備
えたツールブロックの正面図、第４図はその縦断面図で
ある。 図面中、１はツールブロック、２はフェースプレート、
５は工具、１０はシリンダ孔、１３はくさび状ピストン
、１５はスプリング、１９はウェッジ、２６はエジェク
タ、２８はロックピンである。。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 アタッチメントに取付けられるツールブロックに設けら
れている工具嵌合孔の側方にくさび片を配置し、くさび
片の一端側にばね力を付勢すると共に他端側に流体圧を
付与し得るようにして当該くさび片を往復動可能とし、
くさび片の内側に前記工具嵌合孔の軸線に交差する方向
に摺動自在にウェッジを設け、一端が前記工具嵌合孔内
に出入し得且他端が前記ウェッジの移動範囲内にあるロ
ックピンを移動自在に設け、前記くさび片の移動による
前記ウェッジの移動により前記【Ｊツクピンが前記工具
嵌合孔内に出入するようにしたことを特徴とする工具の
ロッキング装置。
