【特許請求の範囲】 1 管又は棒の如き実質的に滑らかな外面をもつ円筒状
本体の外面に掛合する締付連結装置に於て、第一管状本
体を有し、前記第一管状本体は円筒状本体の端を受入れ
得るようその外直径より大きな内直径と、受入れた円筒
状本体の外面に隣接するほぼ半径方向に延びる環状止め
肩部を画成する手段と、前記第−管1゜状本体の表面K
t1.−組の半径方向に向くねじ山を画成する手段とを
もち、前記ねじ山は受入れた円筒状本体から離隔しかつ
それと実質的忙同心に位置しており;また前記環状肩部
に隣接した締付リングを有し、このリングは受入れた円
筒状本体の外面に掛合するよう内方を向いた複数の円形
に延びた縁をもち;また第二管状本体を有し、前記第二
管状本体は前記第−管状本体上の前記第一組のねじ山と
掛合できる第二組の半径方向に向いたねじ山。 を画成する手段と、半径方向内向きのほぼ円・錐状の面
をもち、この面は前記躯−組と第二組のねじ山が掛合し
たと、き前記締付リングに接してこれを半径方向に圧縮
して前記締付リングを前記止め肩部に対してかつ前記円
筒状主体に対して半径方向内方に押圧するよう忙装置し
たことを特徴とする締付連結装置。 i 特許請求の範囲1記載の締付連結装置に於て、前記
第一管状本体は内壁に半径方向内方に延びるフランジを
もち、前記円筒状本体間に衝合壁を形成することを特徴

凹部に受入れたシールリングを含むことを特徴とする締

Claims: 1. A clamping connection device for engaging the outer surface of a cylindrical body having a substantially smooth outer surface, such as a tube or rod, comprising a first tubular body, the first tubular body means defining an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter thereof for receiving an end of the cylindrical body and a generally radially extending annular stop shoulder adjacent the outer surface of the received cylindrical body; surface K of the shaped body
t1. - means defining a set of radially oriented threads, said threads being spaced from and substantially concentric with the receiving cylindrical body; a clamping ring, the ring having a plurality of inwardly directed circularly extending edges for engaging the outer surface of the received cylindrical body; and a second tubular body, the second tubular body a second set of radially oriented threads capable of engaging said first set of threads on said second tubular body; and a radially inwardly directed generally circular or conical surface, which surface abuts the tightening ring when the threads of the body assembly and the second set are engaged. A clamping connection device characterized in that the clamping ring is radially compressed to force the clamping ring against the stop shoulder and radially inwardly against the cylindrical body. i. The clamping connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first tubular body has a radially inwardly extending flange on an inner wall, forming an abutment wall between the cylindrical bodies.
