Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the shift and damage of an interphase insulating sheet by winding a tape round a coil end, and by binding the insuhating sheet with threads while putting the threads on the tape, so as to prevent a binding force from being applied to the insulating sheet. CONSTITUTION:When an insulating sheet 1 is inserted between the phases of a coil end 3 and bound for fixation with threads 2, a tape 8 is wound round the coil end 3 through an aperture formed against the end surface of an iron core 4. Then, while the threads 2 are passed between the tape 8 and the end surface of the iron core and put on the tape 8, the sheet is bound with the threads. This constitution enables the prevention of the shift and damage of the insulating sheet 1, because a tightening force due to the binding with the threads is not applied to the sheet.

され、ノズル(6)内の糸(2)を引掛けて外周側に抜
き出し、ニードル(5)とノズル(6)をコイルエンド
