CONSTITUTION:A bead body 11 is formed by extruding a light weight material of foamable resin etc. by an extruder 10, cooled, solidified by a cooling apparatus 12 and cut into a predetermined length. The bead body 11 cut in the predetermined length is put together with a covering sheet mterial in a silicone mold 15 composed of the upper and lower molds 13, 14 and charged in a high frequency molder 18, pressed, formed by heating, then the sheet material is bonded by fusion to the bead body 11 and also an outer face of the bead body 11 and the sheet material are shaped into a final desired shape. The desired decorative bead 17 is obtained by cooling and opening the mold.

理も容易でない。特に、モール本体に被覆層を付加した
時、被覆層を設けるために用いる盤の温度、樹脂温度お
よび押出される樹脂圧により、発泡樹脂材のモール本体
の外表面部が固まり表皮肉厚が大となって、モールを軽
量化させ難い。

まる。
