[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a handrail for an escalator or an electric road, and particularly to a snoring structure suitable for increasing the girder width.

Escalator equipment has been widely recognized for its excellent continuous transportation ability and has become widely established, but recently the requirements for escalators have become extremely diverse, such as their design and small footprint within buildings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the conventional escalator has handrails 2 and cholera support handrail frames 3 and 3 on both sides of a step 1 on which passengers ride, which rotates synchronously with the step 1. A parapet consisting of a glass panel 4 and an inner deck 5 that close the gap between the hunt rail 2 and the step 1, an outer deck 6 facing the inner deck 5, etc. is arranged so as to stand upright, and all these components are connected to the main body. Strength is maintained by a frame 7, and the body frame 7 is further covered with an exterior panel 8 and a skirt guard 9.

The escalator is installed with an inclination angle of 30 degrees from the lower floor to the upper floor (not shown), and young children and others can especially take advantage of this inclination of the outer deck 6 to play as if they were playing on a slide. In order to prevent children from running over the escalator and injuring themselves, a slope ba is provided at the end 1 of the outer deck 6 with an angle θ, which is formed by a step δ that gradually decreases toward the outside of the escalator. It has been a long time since a top safety type that prevents people from climbing on the ground has been put into practical use.

Here, the area occupied by the escalator installation is greatly influenced by the size of the parapet width A shown in Figure 2, and if this occupied area is small, the building can be used effectively.
Making it smaller is a big selling point.

From this, the balustrade width A is set to the minimum after accumulating the width B1 necessary for rotating the step 1, the width C of the main body frame 7 necessary to maintain the overall strength of the escalator, etc.

For this reason, the installation width of the exterior panel 8 formed by the molding part 6a of the exterior deck 6 and the outer surface of the main body frame 7 is necessarily limited to a minimum, and is generally 5 to 10 mm.
A thin material such as a laminated wood board with a thickness of about 0.0 mm is used.

In such a parapet configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, it is impossible to install a thick exterior panel 10 having a thickness E that is larger than the installation width of the exterior panel and where D<E.

Therefore, when it is required to install an exterior panel 10 with a thickness of E, it is necessary to install a simple exterior deck 12 with a downward opening with a width F as shown in FIG. 6b with screws 11 to enlarge the balustrade width A, and the exterior deck 12 holds the exterior panel 10.

When using a thick exterior panel 10, the width F is added to both sides of the parapet width A in this way, increasing the overall width of the final escalator to A12F, but recently Since marble or the like is increasingly being used for the exterior panel 10 for the design purpose of emphasizing the luxury of escalators, there is a tendency for the overall width to be changed more and more.

In addition, there are a few examples of the exterior deck 13 having a shape in which the inclined surface 6a is extended as shown in FIG. It is rare.

On the other hand, as mentioned above, the expansion of the girder width A is often adopted depending on the installation conditions of the escalator. For example, in the case of an escalator installed in a single row at a subway station, as shown in Figure 3, both sides of the escalator are Passengers riding on this train feel psychologically oppressed by the side wall K because they are covered by the narrow tunnel-shaped side wall matching the girder width A, and even feel a sense of fear, especially when descending.

Therefore, it is necessary to increase the width of the exterior deck 12 so that the girder width of the escalator can be several times that of a general escalator and a comfortable ride can be obtained.

As explained above, the expansion of the escalator railing width is unavoidable, but as in the past, the molding part 6
There is a fatal problem in the addition of the exterior deck 12 to the exterior deck 6 which is composed of a uniformly inclined slope 6a at b-2.

That is, when installing the exterior deck 12, it is necessary to use the corner 6c of the exterior deck 6 as a reference and match the corner 12a of the exterior deck 12 with this as shown in FIG. Since it is a combination of points and points on a plane, joining them is extremely difficult and requires a long time.

If a step X were to occur in this combination, dust would accumulate on the step Y, which would not only make it unsightly, but would also significantly hinder the overall design of the escalator.

In view of this, an object of the present invention is to provide a balustrade structure that is suitable for easily expanding the balustrade width and is equipped with an outer deck having an inclined surface that can prevent slide play.

以下、本考案の一実施例を図にもとづき説明する。Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

In FIG. 6, the main body frame 7, exterior panel 10, screws 11
, the configuration of the exterior deck 12 etc. is exactly the same as the conventional one,
The present invention is characterized in that an outer deck 14, which corresponds to the conventional outer deck 6 having an inclined surface 6a, is composed of an inclined surface 14a, a flat surface 14c having a width 2 narrower than the width of the inclined surface, and a molding portion 14b.

Here, it goes without saying that the inclination angle θ1 forming the inclined surface 14a is similar to the conventional inclination angle θ to prevent young children from playing on the slide.

The combination of the outer deck 14 and the outer deck 12 can be achieved by aligning the flat upper surface of the outer deck 12 with the flat surface 14c of the outer deck 14 as a reference, resulting in a surface-to-plane joint, and the specially shaped exterior shown in FIG. Extremely precise joining is possible without using a deck.

Therefore, instead of focusing on joining the corner 12a of the exterior deck 12 and the corner 14d of the exterior deck 14 as in the past, it is possible to assemble efficiently by applying the ruler S to the surfaces of both members as needed. There is no difference in level that occurs in this combination part, which does not impede the design.

Note that the plane 14c is 'E' even in the case of a general escalator with a thin exterior panel. It can be adopted, and compared to the conventional outer deck 6 which is uniformly sloped, it can be said to be very convenient as it gives a strong accent to the design.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an excellent snoring structure that not only allows the width of the escalator railing to be expanded in a short time and with precision, but also does not hinder the design.
