    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストンのシリ、ンダ外周にエアチャンバを設はシリン
    ダの両側にはエアチャンバからシリンダ内へのエア供給
    孔、シリンダエアの排気孔及びパイロットエア供給口を
    それぞれ設けると共に、エア供給孔からのエア第一受圧
    面及び該エア第一受圧面よりも大きな面積を有するパイ
    ロットエア供給口からのエア第二受圧面を有しかつ上記
    エア供給孔と排気孔とを相反的に開閉可能に移動しうる
    バルブピストンを、上記両側のエア供給孔とパイロット
    エア供給口との間にそれぞれ設け、該バルブピストンは
    シリンダに対してパイロットエア供給口からのエア供給
    により排気側に設定され、パイロットエア供給口へのエ
    ア供給を断ったことによリシリンダエア供給側に設定さ
    れると共に、両側、　のパイロットエア供給口は相反的
    に開閉されるように構成したことを特徴とするエアシリ
    ンダ。
