実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。

圧力源に連通される第1のポートとシリンダに連通され
る第2のポートとの間に形成される主弁体と1動するピ
ストンの上室側を3方弁を介して蓄圧のための容積部分
に連通させ、固定しぼりと逆止弁とを前記主弁体に対し
て並列的に設けた前・ 記両ポート間において、主弁体
より第2のボート寄りに減圧逆止弁機構を介して前記容
積部分に連通ずる通路を形成し、シリンダの終端近くの
低速駆動を要する部位において前記3方弁を切り換え。
作動させて容積部分内の流体圧をピストンの上空側に供
給し、主弁体を閉塞させて前記固定絞りを介してのみ排
気が行なわれるように構成して成る終端速度制御弁。
