    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被試験の半導体集積回路が挿入されるソケットに前記半
    導体集積回路の底面に垂直方向に設けられた穴と、前記
    穴を通り前記ソケットの上面及び下面よりも両端が突出
    る棒と、前記体の下端に接続し、前記体の上下運動によ
    り開閉を行うスイッチと、前記スイッチに接続され、前
    記スイッチの開閉により前の試験状態を解除して次の試
    験の初期設定を行う初期設定回路とを含むことを特徴と
    する半導体集積回路の試験装置。
