部のフランジが杭の外周に当接するので鋼管と杭との間
を前後左右いずれの位置に於ても均一に保つことが出来
、又杭と鋼管とは完全に一体化されているので、杭の頭
部上端を切除してもその際にそれに続く杭の頭部に亀裂
が生ずる恐れがなく、従って杭の強度を低下せしめるこ
とを完全に防止出来、しかもこの鋼管は建物の土台のア
ンカーと一体的に溶接することが可能であり、又これ等
の作業を既製杭の打設時に同時に行うことが可能である
等の特徴を有するものである。
