  1. スパイラル状の冷却フィンが陽極円筒の外周部に巻きつ
    けられ、該冷却フィンは外周部の一部あるいは全周部に
    フィン幅に対し３ハ以下の深さのスリットを入れられ軸
    方向に折り曲げられてなることを特徴とするマグネトロ
    ン装置。
