Claims

（１）プラスチックからなる抵抗体取付板に抵抗体とほ
ぼ同形状、はぼ同厚みの凹部を設け、この凹部に抵抗体
を嵌込み、上記抵抗体取付板の外周部上面と抵抗体面を
ほぼ同一とし、刷子取付板によって保持された刷子が上
