の外側面から開口を有する両腕杆１，２の掛止部６，６
に取付られているので、その弾性力は両腕杆の動作に適
応できるだけでなく、該弾性体７０両先端が上方に屈曲
しているため弾性体７は掛止部６，６から抜げ出ること
もなく、かつ、ばね体等からなる弾性体Ｔの劣化に対し
ては、ばね体の弾性を利用して、ばね体のみを両腕杆１
，２の掛止部６，６から容易に離脱させ、取換えができ
