する２値化回路と、番地パルス発生器と、水平測定域設
定器からの信号送出タイミングと２値化回路からの信号
送出タイミングとに応答して番地パルス発生器から出力
されるパルスの数の計数動作を行う計数回路と、垂直測
定域内における計数回路からのパルス数の所定値を弁別
