Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】一方の円すい孔が閉塞されこの閉塞部に入力管と出力管
が設けられたベンチュリ管部を有する弁座と、円すい状
の弁を有しその弁が前記ベンチュリ管部の他方の円すい
孔内に配置されサーボモータの出力で回転するねじによ
り駆動される弁体とを具備したサーボ弁において、前記弁体を弁と球形部が形成されるとともに前記ねじが
螺合された弁駆動体とに分離し、この弁駆動体の運動を
その球形部を介して前記弁に伝達するようにしたことを
