Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a ventilation duct with ease and accuracy and hence reduce working mou-hour by constituting a ventilation duct and air discharge nozzle with a cover member mounted on the inside of an upper chamber for a door trim part. CONSTITUTION:A cover member 31, which is provided with a chamber inside face 46 having a configuration to cover the entire area of a duct formed part 38 and a pad member 47 together with a skin member 48, is mounted on a door trim part 30 comprising an arm rest member 34, an upper surface 35, and a chamber inside face 36 provided with the duct formed part 38. With the construction, a ventilation duct 33, comprising a concave portion 44 of the duct 38 and the chamber inside face 46 of the cover member 31, is partitioned from the others and formed, while an air discharge nozzle 53, which blows air foward a door glass 2 is formed at the tip 43 of door trim part 30, where said nozzle is formed by an end 54 of a concave portion and an upper end 55 of the cover member 31. Therefore, the ventilation duct can be easily formed, thereby reducing working man-hour.

Examples of conventional side defroster devices of this type include those shown in Figures 11 and 12. In the figure, 1 is a door, 2 is a stile door glass, and 3 is a door trim part.A ventilation duct 6 that can be freely connected to an air blower 5 of an instrument panel 411 is defined in the upper longitudinal direction of the door trim part 3. The door trim part 3 is formed with an open lower part that communicates with the side ventilation duct 6, and this open lower part is connected to the front defroster nozzle 8 connected to the air blower 5, which is disposed on the side of the instrument panel 4 and connected to the dangerous connection duct 9. It can be freely moved towards and away from the enemy.

However, such conventional side defrost-1M
II, when forming the stile and the ventilation duct 6 in section 11i, the lower part of the ventilation guide [15], the door trim part 3, and the O-ring were to be sealed with the sealing material 14, so it was necessary to make all the steps with the sealing material 14. Not only does this increase the number of work steps, but also there is a risk that the sealing material 14 may be peeled off or twisted, resulting in poor sealing performance and air leakage. Further, since the hard varnish plate 17 is exposed on the top 15 of the door trim part 3, when the occupant puts his elbow on the top 15 of the trim part 3, it has a hard feel and feels unpleasant.

Since the further fc is directed upward from the air outlet 16 of the air conditioner plate 17, there is a problem in that air does not reach the area near the bottom of the door glass 2, making it difficult to clear the cloudy area near the bottom.

This development was made by focusing on such conventional problems, and a cover member was dammed on the upper interior side of the door trim part, and a ventilation duct was created using this cover member on the upper interior side of the door trim part. The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems by forming an air outlet facing the door glass at the top of the door rim part.

Step 3a! FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention. In addition, in the following, parts common to those of the prior art will be given the same reference numerals, and the same reference numerals will be omitted. In the figure, 30 is a door trim part, 311 is a cover part, and this cover part is a door trim part 3.
A ventilation duct SS is located on the 19 side of the room at the top 32 of 0.

A rear end portion 67 is left and is formed as a duct forming portion 68. Then, the entire interior side surface 36 of the five door door parts 300 excluding the duct forming portion 38 is covered with the A-piece #39 and the skin material 40. In addition, the duct forming portion 38 is provided with σ, the cover member 310 mounting portion 41.4.

That’s all! According to the present invention, as shown in FIG.
After attaching the I material, we decided to use this cover part to form a ventilation duct on the upper indoor side of the door trim part, and also to form an air outlet facing the door glass at the top of the door trim part, so we formed 5 ventilation ducts. This can be done easily and reliably, and there is no need to install sealing material, which reduces the number of work hours, and eliminates the deterioration in sealing performance caused by variations in sealant installation companies.
Furthermore, since the light escutcheon plate is not exposed at the top of the door trim part, the passenger can rest their elbow on it and get a soft feel, and the appearance is also improved, and the air outlet faces the door glass. Therefore, the fogging at the bottom of the door glass can be reliably removed.
