した蓋体の下端に筒状の胴部を一体的に連接し、該胴部
の下端を瓶口部の外周に嵌着するスカート部に形成し、
前記蓋体とスカート部との間における前記胴部の一側部
には、左右一対の切開孔を穿設し、この両切開孔間の胴
部を前記スカート部と蓋体とを一体的に折曲自在に連接
する蝶番部に形成し、前記胴部には前記両切開孔に接続
し、かつ前記蝶番部を残して胴部円周方向に沿って上下
一対の略平行状の切目線を囲繞形成して蓋体とスカート
部とに切り離し可能に構成する一方、前記蝶番部に設け
た抜窓内又は蝶番部左右両側の切開孔には前記蓋体の下
端からその軸方向に一体的に突出する係止舌片を設けて
