In general, at automobile manufacturing plants, maintenance shops, and various other vehicle-related factories, at the final stage of each work, the underside of the vehicle is cleaned to remove leaked oil such as engine, transmission, and axle lubricating oil that adheres to the underside of the vehicle floor. A floor cleaning device is provided.

Therefore, the above-mentioned vehicle underfloor cleaning devices based on the prior art mainly use steam as a cleaning propellant and mechanically remove attached oil by spraying the steam. However, this type of mechanical steam injection alone not only has the drawback that it does not remove adhering oil sufficiently, but also requires a large amount of energy for each process of steam formation and compression injection, making it inefficient and costly. There were certain disadvantages.

Also, recently there are so-called hot wax type devices that use foamed and heated liquid wax to clean and wax the vehicle surface, but those that do so simply wash the dust off the body with water and then apply wax. This is done during the process, and is not intended to clean the oil and the like from the underside of the vehicle floor, nor is it possible to do so.

In accordance with the above-mentioned purpose, the structure of this invention, which is based on the scope of the above-mentioned utility model registration claim, is to
While riding in the vehicle, enter the device 5, activate the button, force the cleaning liquid consisting of a mixture of water and a neutral cleaning agent into the pipe from the supply device, and pressurize compressed air in the middle of the supply inside the pipe. The cleaning liquid is mixed in and out to foam the cleaning liquid, and then the air-mixed foamed cleaning liquid is injected onto the underside of the vehicle floor from an injection nozzle facing the underside of the vehicle floor to effectively wash and remove adhering oil in an emulsion state for a predetermined period of time. Technical measures have been taken to enable this to be done automatically.

In order to remove the adhering oil in the final process, the completed vehicle 2 is driven by itself, stopped above the pit 5 of the cleaning device 1, and while riding in the driver's seat, the start switch is turned on. When 24 is pressed, the discharge pump 8 and compressor 11 operate for one hour, which is preset in the control device 27, and the solenoid valves 9 and 14 are opened, and the detergent liquid is discharged from the detergent liquid tank 7. The detergent liquid is discharged into the pipe 10, and compressed air is injected from the compressor 11 into the detergent liquid in the pipe 10, where it is thoroughly mixed and foamed into an emulsion.

As a result, the oil adhering to the under-floor surface 3 is washed away by the cleaning liquid, and since the cleaning liquid is sufficiently bubbled and in an emulsion state, it accumulates well on the under-floor surface 3, and has an excellent oil decomposition effect. Since the separated oil components can be sufficiently washed away by the injection pressure, adhering oil can be cleaned very effectively.

It should be noted that the embodiment of this invention is of course not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and other embodiments can also be adopted. For example, the injection nozzles 6 are provided in a row in the vehicle width direction, It is also possible to use an embodiment in which the completed vehicle 2 is moved forward at low speed without spraying the aerated detergent liquid upward from the 6, and the entire underfloor surface 3 of the vehicle 2 is washed. The installation equipment etc. can also be designed in various ways.

As described above, according to this invention, a vehicle underfloor cleaning device comprising a cleaning liquid supply device and an injection nozzle connected thereto includes a detergent liquid discharge device and a compressed air supply device as the cleaning liquid supply device, and an extension from both devices. Since the pipes to be discharged are connected together and connected to the injection nozzle facing the underside of the vehicle floor, the detergent liquid is mixed with air in the pipes, and the gas and liquid are mixed in the pipes to form sufficient bubbles and spray onto the parts of the vehicle to be cleaned. Since the detergent liquid and air are injected into an emulsion, the cleaning function is increased and adhering oil is decomposed extremely efficiently. In addition, the adhering oil on the underside of the floor is sufficiently removed by the injection pressure of the cleaning liquid. It has excellent effects.

Furthermore, according to this cleaning device, since the detergent liquid is mixed with gas and liquid in the collecting pipe and has a mixing outflow length of a predetermined distance before reaching the injection nozzle, the detergent liquid is sufficiently foamed and emulsified, and the liquid flows to the underside of the floor. The cleaning liquid accumulates well, the cleaning effect is good, and as a result of experiments, it was confirmed that even the details that cannot be wiped off with a cloth can be sufficiently cleaned.
