法において、(1)共通マスタフォトマスクを検査して
その上に存在するが無害であることが確認されている欠
陥の存在する前記微小領域又は微小領域群の位置を前記
記憶装置に貯蔵し、(ロ)少なくとも1箇の、好ましく
