Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated product of different shape in a preferable productivity by a simple apparatus by attracting and holding a laminated sheet coated with an adhesive on the inner surface in a specific female mold and then introducing the sheet inside the mold. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum laminating device 11 which is provided with an air vent 17 and an air accumulation chamber 16 and which is formed of a female mold 18 (numeral 19 designates a vacuum pump) having an outer profile of a material 4 of different shape to be laminated on the inner surface is used. In other words, a laminated sheet 7 (the back surface sheet 8 of which is exfolidated and is wound on a roller 8') drawn out through a roller 9 is disposed in a reduced pressure chmber 13, is introduced into the device 11, is intimately contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the reduced pressure chamber 13, is simultaneously fed by a feed roller 5, the material 4 which is passed through a preheating section 6 is inserted into the device 11, the sheet 7 is bonded on the material 4 via the adhesive (numeral 12 designated an auxiliary laminating device for folding and bonding the sheet 7 to the inside of the material 4), and is then cut by a cutter 14 in the prescribed size, thereby obtaining a product 15.

Conventionally, as a method of laminating a synthetic resin print film, etc. on the surface of an irregularly shaped material with complex irregularities, such as anoremi, synthetic resin, steel, or wood, there is a method as shown in Figures 1.1 to 1.6. , the printed film (3), which has been sequentially bent by various rows/l/ (2) corresponding to the irregularities on the surface of the irregular shaped material (1) and has adhesive attached to the back side, is placed on the irregular shaped material (1).
) There is a so-called roller forming method that is divided into a plurality of steps (six steps in the explanatory diagram) for each uneven surface.

However, this method requires a large number of rollers and the process is long.
The equipment cost is too much, the process is too 111,
Further, there were drawbacks such as incomplete lamination at the corners of the irregularities.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a suction means in a female mold having an inner surface having the same shape as the outer shape of the profiled material, and adsorbs a laminate sheet into the female mold by means of the suction means. The laminate sheet is attached to the irregularly shaped material by passing the irregularly shaped material into contact with the uneven laminate sheet and making the adhesive force of the adhesive attached to the laminate sheet or the irregularly shaped material greater than the suction force of the suction means. Then, the material is sent out to produce wood grain patterns such as straight grain, board grain, etc., as well as irregularly shaped materials with other patterns.

The profiled material (4), which has been preheated to 60-200°C through the preheating chamber (6), is fed into the female mold side in order to improve adhesion. Since the outer shape and the inner surface of the female mold 00 are molded so that the deformed material can be inserted, the deformed material (4) extends over the entire curved inner circumference of the laminate sheet (7) sucked into the female mold 10. The adhesive force of the adhesive attached to the laminate sheet (7) is increased by the vacuum pump OI.
The laminate sheet (7) is adhered to the outer circumferential surface of the profiled material (4) while being sent to the next process.
