Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a heating efficiency by a method wherein a chimney is surrounded by a water chamber to recover the waste heat. CONSTITUTION:A fuel throwing port 2 is provided at the upper part of a water heater main body 1, an ash removing port 4 is provided at the lower part thereof while a combustion chamber as well as a flame path 8 are formed by the wall 9 of water chamber in the heater, a space between the wall 9 of water chamber and the main body 1 is utilized as a water chamber 10, a chimney 11 connecting to the terminal of the flame path 8 is stood and the outer periphery of the chimney 11 is surrounded by the water chamber 12 formed by an outer plate 13. The arrow sign B indicates the flow of water.

る排気通路の放熱部に於ける余熱を回収する装置に関す
るものである0 従来湯沸器ボイラー等の煙突又は排気通路の余熱は未利
用のま\放棄されて居た@これがため湯沸く要する時間
と、多くの燃料を浪費することKより極めて不経済なも
のであつ7j。

り湯沸器本体l、の下端部へ連通する送水管15.を係
着し、淡水10.を矢印Bの如く湯沸器本体l、の下部
より注入し上部に吐出弁16、を付設したものである〇 この発明の実施例を図°面によシ詳述すると、先づ第1
図に示す如く冷水12.を、煙突+1、の上端部に巻着
した外板18、に設けた冷水弁14、を!き冷水12、
を注入することによシ湯沸器本体1.に淡水10、が吐
出弁16、よシ溢出充満せしめる。次に燃料投入口2、
の冠lI3、を開き火格子(ロスドル)6、の上部へ燃
料17、即ち木屑、塵芥、等を投下する0更に灰取口4
、の内部へ紙屑の如き燃え易い点火燃料18、にマツチ
の如きもので点火して燃料17、を燃焼せしめるもので
あるoI9′rの如く燃料17、に引火燃焼して火焔通
路8、を矢印Aの即く流通する過程に21!>てこの放
熱が火熱吸収水囲壁9、内の淡水10.に吸収されて熱
湯となる。又第2図に示すものけ冷水12.を余熱回収
槽19、の上部に設けた冷水弁14、を開き冷水12、
を注入することにより余熱回収槽19、及び通水管2]
、を経て湯沸器本体1、に淡水10.が充満して吐出弁
16、より吐出する0次に燃料投入口2、の封蓋8、を
開き火格子6、の上部へ燃F+ 17、を投下するO更
に級取口4、の内部へ紙屑等の燃え易い点火燃料1g 
、にマツチの如きもので点火して、燃料17、を燃焼せ
しめるものである0IIfrの如く燃料17、K引火燃
焼して火焔通路8、を流通する過程に於て、これの放熱
が火熱吸収水囲壁9、内の淡水10、に吸収されて熱湯
と女る・又この熱湯を吐出弁16、より所定の箇所へ流
送されるものである@しかしながら此の場合は或程度の
熱量はこれに吸収されるものであるが、煙突11、K流
出する余熱を回収するため余熱回収槽19、の内側に余
熱回収水囲壁20、淡水10、を充満したところへ排気
通路22、矢印C1の如く出来得る限り長く接気するこ
とにより完全な排気熱即ち余熱を回収することができる
ものである。これがため、燃料が少量で済む、又短時間
で湯を沸かすことができ極めて経済的な大きな効果があ
る。
