Abstract

PURPOSE:To peel a seal material from one end successively and appropriately, by folding and connecting one sealing end of the seal material to the other into a loop and towing a traction member in the loop. CONSTITUTION:One end of the filmy seal material 2 having an opening part 1a sealed at the lower end of a container is folded back and coupled with the other end while running outside of a slide lid 3, thus looping the seal material 2. When the slide lid 3 is moved to right, the loop turns around the lid 3 while the seal material is peeled off from the left side and toner, therefore, flows out of the opening part 1a. The lid 3 may be in a plate shape which engages a groove made in the container 1 at both ends. The seal material 2 is peeled off invariably at right angles to the lid 3, so it is never broken in the middle.

Powder containers as described above are widely used because the structure of the opening can be simplified and sealing is more complete than containers whose openings are sealed with lids. In the case of replenishment toner containers, it is possible to easily prevent the occurrence of stains due to one loss of toner by setting the container in a copying machine, etc., peeling off the sealing material, and supplying toner. Since then, it has been widely used.

Note that a lid is also used in such containers, but the lid is only for protecting the sealing member, and in order to drain the powder from the container, first remove the lid and then peel off the sealing material. There is no change in the fact that the powder flows out. Therefore, in order to remove the sealing material from the toner container described above after setting it in a copying machine, etc., it is necessary to provide a suitable means in the copying machine or the like. The conventional method of peeling off the sealant, which is the simplest method, is to fold back one end of the sealant for a long time, take it out of the machine through a slit provided near the container opening of the copying machine, etc. This is a method of peeling off by pulling out. In this method, it is necessary to provide a long folded part in the sealing material, so the sealing material is easily damaged. There is a problem that the sealing material has to be pulled out for a long time, and the direction of the pulling out is tilted, so that the sealing material rubs against the container wall during peeling and is likely to break. In addition, there are problems with dealing with the peeled sealant and stains caused by toner adhering to the sealant, and to make matters worse, when the container that has finished being supplied is taken out of a multi-V machine, the remaining toner spills out and stains the surrounding area. There is a serious problem that is easy.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems in the above-mentioned method for removing the sealant from a toner container, which does not require complicated means to be installed in a copying machine or the like. In a method for peeling off a film-like sealing material, in which the powder is sealed inside the container and the seal is peeled off to open the gap when the powder flows out from the container, an extension of one seal end of the sealing material is used. The portion is folded back and connected to the opening at or near the other seal end to form a loop shape, and a traction member that rolls or slides into contact with the sealing material is provided within the loop shape, and the traction member is A film-like sealing material whose characteristic is to peel off the sealing material from the one sealing end by pulling parallel to the opening surface of the opening in the direction from the one sealing end to the other sealing end. It's in the peeling method.

In the container / in FIG. 1, the opening /a is sealed 1), one end of the film-like sealing material λ is folded back, goes around the outside of the slide lid 3, and is joined to the other end, so that the sealing material is looped. For example, when the slide lid 3 is slid to the right, a loop of the sealing material λ rotates around the slide lid 3. The seal of the container is peeled off from the left side, and the toner flows out from the opening/a that opens accordingly. The slide lid 3 has a structure in which both sides of the lid are open and is covered with a reinforcing frame (1) outside the part (I)/a, so that it slides. Of course, it may also be something that slides. In this method of peeling off the sealing material in the container, the sealing material λ is peeled off immediately and in the same state by the slide lid 3, so it does not break during the process as in the conventional method. When the above-mentioned fear force ζ disappears and the slide lid 3 is slid by a turning distance approximately equal to the length of the opening /a, the opening /a will be fully opened. of (<
7. If l<f is returned, the sealing material λ will also cover the opening [/a, and the toner will be prevented from spilling from the container during subsequent handling of the container.

In order to make the resistance as uniform as possible when peeling off the seal with the slide lid 3, it is preferable that the shape of the adhesive seal portion and the shape of the opening /a be as shown in FIG. 1. The part shaded by dotted lines in the figure is the adhesive seal part, and the adhesive seal is peeled off from the convex side. Further, even if the adhesive force of the seal in the part to be peeled off first is made weaker than the adhesive force in the seal parts on both sides of the opening, the resistance during peeling can be made uniform.

The container shown in FIG. 3 has a loop of folded sealing material passing through the inside surface of the slide lid 3.
In this container, the seal of the seal material 2 is peeled off in the same way as the container shown in FIG. Even if it gets stuck, there is less risk of it spilling out. Of course, it is also possible to easily prevent the sealing material λ from coming out to the outer side of the slide lid 3 at all. Slide lid 3
Similarly to the container shown in FIG. 1, once the container is returned to its original state, there is no risk of toner spilling during subsequent handling of the container.

In the containers shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the method of the present invention can be carried out in the same way even if the sealing material J is not made into a loop but one folded end is connected to the opening wall on the other end side. . However, in that case, if the seal of the sealing material is completely peeled off, the engagement between the sealing material 2 and the slide lid 3 will come off, so either extend the other end and connect it to the opening wall. Alternatively, leave the adhesive seal on the other end.
This is preferable since it does not cause any problems with the treatment of the sealing material. In this regard, if a stopper is provided on the copying machine side to restrict the pulling out of the slide lid 3, the disengagement can be easily prevented, and it is also convenient when returning the slide lid 3 to its original position. .

In Figure q, one folded end of the sealing material is joined to the outer wall of the opening on the other end side, and traction members ψ and ψ' are provided in the loop-shaped ring thus formed, and the traction member q is An example in which the sealing material is peeled off from the left side by pulling it to the right to open the opening /a, and the sealing material covers the opening /a by pulling the pulling member V' to the left. It shows. As mentioned above, in this example, it is preferable not to completely remove the seal at the other end of the sealant, or it is preferable that the other end is also extended and joined to the opening wall.
