本発明は工業用内視鏡に係り、被検体内観察時において
、工業用内視鏡の耐久温度を超える極めて高温又は低温
部分に前記工業用内視鏡の挿入部が接近あるいは接触し
た場合に警告を発して観察者に報知する工業用内視鏡に

工業用内視鏡は、第1図に示す如く各種の操作を手元で
行なう操作部本体1と被検体内に挿入する可撓性の長尺
の挿入部2とから成っており 前記操作部本体1には接
眼部3、湾曲用操作ノブ4が配置され、照明用ライトガ
イドコード5が接続している。又、挿入部2は第2図に
示す如く、照明窓9、観察窓10等を設けた先端部本体
6と、前記湾曲用操作ノブ4の操作により先端部本体6
を任意の方向に変位させる先端部本体6に連設された湾
曲管7とこの湾曲管7に連設された屈曲自在な長尺の前
記操作部本体1に接続された可撓管8とから構成しであ
る。又、先端部本体6内部には第2図に示す如く、光学
系構成レンズ群11と前記湾曲管7、可撓管8を挿通す
るイメージガイドファイバー12、ライトガイド7アイ
パー13が固定又は連結しであるO
この様に構成された工業用内視鏡は機械の内部や狭い隙
間等危険な場所、肉眼では確認不可能な場所等を観察す
るために使用されるが、ジェットエンジン、熱交換器、
ボイラー等極めて高温な状態下で使用されるところの被
検体内部、あるいは冷凍機ζ液化ガス輸送用配W等の低
温状態下で使用されるところの被検体内部の観察、点検
を行なう場合、当該工業用内視鏡の先端部本体6、湾曲
管7、可撓管8及び挿入部2のイメージガイドファイバ
ー12、ライトガイドファイバー13等の内蔵物が熱損
