CONSTITUTION:A temp. sensor 14 such as a thermocouple, temp. measuring resistor thermistor, conductive ceramics or the like is mounted on the end face 8a of a body 6 in the forward end part of an insertion part 2 of an endoscope for industrial purposes, and a warning device 16 which transmits the electrical signal from the sensor 14 with the lead wires 15 inserted through the body 6, a curved tube 7 and a flexible tube 8 is provided in the body 1 of an operation part or an eyepiece part 3 or an external light source device. When the high temp. or low temp. that exceeds the durable temp. is detected, a warning is emitted automatically to the observer by means of light, voice or the like.

示す如く、照明窓9、観察窓10等を設けた先端部本体
6と、前記湾曲用操作ノブ4の操作により先端部本体6
を任意の方向に変位させる先端部本体6に連設された湾
曲管7とこの湾曲管7に連設された屈曲自在な長尺の前
記操作部本体1に接続された可撓管8とから構成しであ
る。又、先端部本体6内部には第2図に示す如く、光学
系構成レンズ群11と前記湾曲管7、可撓管8を挿通す
るイメージガイドファイバー12、ライトガイド7アイ
パー13が固定又は連結しであるO この様に構成された工業用内視鏡は機械の内部や狭い隙
間等危険な場所、肉眼では確認不可能な場所等を観察す
るために使用されるが、ジェットエンジン、熱交換器、
ボイラー等極めて高温な状態下で使用されるところの被
検体内部、あるいは冷凍機ζ液化ガス輸送用配W等の低
温状態下で使用されるところの被検体内部の観察、点検
を行なう場合、当該工業用内視鏡の先端部本体6、湾曲
管7、可撓管8及び挿入部2のイメージガイドファイバ
ー12、ライトガイドファイバー13等の内蔵物が熱損
傷、低温脆化による損傷を受けるおそれがある。
