コイルばね１１を縮設し、コイルばね１１に抗して掛鉤
９が係合する切欠１２と掛鉤９の端縁９′が接する傾斜
カム縁１２′と、掛鉤９と共に掛止環１が係合する切欠
１３とを設けた錠板１４を前記ピン４．７により固定し
