Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a printing head, wherein the fixing end parts of a plurality of springs are molded as a unitary body, dispersion in a plurality of the springs is eliminated, the number of parts is few, and assembly work is easy, and by which stable printing quality is obtained. CONSTITUTION:The required number of divided springs 3 are arranged, and their fixing end parts are molded in a unitary body. Thus a plurality of springs are formed into the unitary body and a spring assembly 7 is formed. Before the molding, the size of the springs 3 is not restricted. A bending part for forming a rib piece 8 for obtaining specified rigidity can be obtained with sufficient allowance. Each spring 3 can be readily machined by a press. Accuracy in position and direction of each fixing point and each spring for determining the length of the spring is very high since the same die and zig are used. Dispersion in length, position, and direction of the springs is eliminated and the spring conditions are stabilized.

In addition, when the spring 3 itself is integrated and high-density mounting is required such as with a round head, it is necessary to fix the lip piece 8 to increase the rigidity of the tip of the spring 3 as shown in Fig. 3. Therefore, the number of unnecessary steps increases, which not only leads to an increase in costs, but also has many technical difficulties.

Furthermore, in a print head of the type that prints using the strain energy of the spring 3, as shown in FIG. 4, it is effective for surface contact of the armature 4a with the core 2 in terms of collision vibration and wear. It's a hit or miss situation. On the other hand, when aiming for a surface collision as shown in Fig. 5, the spring 3a must be installed at an angle beforehand, and the left and right clamp members must also be machined at an angle, increasing the number of parts and making assembly difficult. There was a drawback.

In order to achieve the above object, the print head according to the present invention includes a magnetic drive part comprising a plurality of cores around which windings are wound, and a Q RF24 in the middle part (with a print wire fixed to one end).
.. 5', consisting of a plurality of springs each having an armature fixed to the core of the crest, a yoke, and a clamp member; The other end is fixed to the magnetic drive unit via the clamp member, and the yoke is attached so as to surround each of the armatures, and the armature is attached to the core against the biasing force of the spring. In the print head that performs printing by attracting the windings and releasing the springs by applying a current that cancels magnetism to the windings, the clamp member is molded to accommodate the other ends of the plurality of springs, and the plurality of springs are The other end and the clamp member are integrally constructed.

前記構成によれば、本発明の目的は完全に達成される。According to the configuration, the object of the present invention is completely achieved.

以下、図面を参照して本発明をさらに詳しく説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.
