Therefore, in this invention, in order to connect a composite cable having an optical fiber, an electric wire, an intervening string, and a tension-resistant string,
In a composite connector in which a main body having an optical connector part and an electrical connector part is connected to the other end of an outer cylinder having a cable insertion port at one end, the cable is inserted from the main body toward the cable insertion port. A fixing base is provided, and on the cable fixing base, a cable fixing metal fitting, a plurality of fixing plates for clamping and fixing the intervening string, and bolts for winding the tension-resistant string and fixing the fixing plates to the cable fixing base are provided. The fixing plate has a cable retaining structure that allows the optical fiber and the electric wire to pass through a recess provided in the fixing plate.

In this embodiment configured in this way, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the cable 17 is fixed by the cable fixing fitting 19.19' tightened by the bolt 18, and the cable 17 is fixed by the cable fixing fitting 19.19'. At the end, the outer sheath of the cable 17 is removed, and the optical fiber 6, the electric wire 7, the intervening string 8, and the tension-resistant string 9 are attached.
is exposed, the intervening string 8 is sandwiched between the fixed plates 21 and 22, the optical cable 6 and the electric wire 7 are passed through the recesses of the fixed plate 23 and connected to the connectors 11 and 12, respectively, and the tension-resistant string 9 is fixed. After winding the cord 20 between the plates 23 and 24, an adhesive is applied and finally the bolt 20 is tightened to press and fix the intervening cord 8 and the tension-resistant cord 9.
