が密閉されているため二次発酵槽の」三方に充満し、こ
のガス体の量が多量になるに従い、ガス圧により二次発
酵槽内液の液面を圧迫する。また、発酵の進行に伴いス
カムが液面に浮上して来る。二次発酵槽(B)に設けら
れている二次発酵槽ガス排出管(4)の下端は、この槽
