Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain two exactly same sash components and save material by making a medium formed article consisting of predetermined sash section with two base parts interposing a connection part between them and subsequently cutting the connection part into two equal parts slantingly in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing, a medium formed article 1 is first made through rolling a band plate-like metal material. This medium formed article 1 is provided with a belt-like connection part 8 to be made into exactly same trim panels 11A, 11B through cutting it into two equal parts. The short width of a hand L2 of this connection part 8 is a width of 11A, 11B placed in opposite direction to each other. Subsequently, the connection part 8 is cut into two equal parts along a cutting line l2 drawn slantingly in the longitudinal direction. したとき、互いに逆方向へ向いているので、トリムパネ
ルの傾斜端をそれぞれ基部14A(または14B)側へ
一定幅にて折り返すことによって、互いに対称なサツシ
要素が一組製造できる。

生と材料の浪費を防止できる。しかも、ロール成形型を
交換するだけで、その製造工数を従来よりも減少させる
ことができる。。

ツシ断面からなる中間成形品を成形し、その後、前記中
間成形品の連結部分を前記傾斜端に対応する個所から2
等分に切断して2個の合同または対称なサツシ要素を形
成する車両用ドアサツシ要素の製造方法。 (2)上記中間成形品はロール成形法によシ成形されて
成る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の車輌用′アサッシ要素
の製造方法。
