In recent years, panel storage tanks, which are manufactured by assembling a large number of panels, are often used as storage tanks such as water tanks and water receiving tanks. In this panel storage tank, a reinforcing support member is conventionally installed inside the storage tank in order to support the water pressure and the like acting on the panels constituting the outer wall. This support member is in a horizontal plane,
In other words, a large number of panels were installed parallel to the bottom panel in the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions, but due to the need for reinforcement against external forces such as earthquakes and amendments to laws and regulations, A support member is provided to connect the panel and the bottom panel.

However, when the outer wall panel and the bottom panel are connected to each other by the support member, the horizontal component of force acting on the support member tends to pull the connection portion of the bottom panel apart. This requires some sort of reinforcement of the bottom panel.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the current situation, it is an object of the present invention to provide a frame for a panel storage tank that can easily reinforce the bottom panel that constitutes the storage tank. The configuration of the present invention that achieves this object is such that in a frame on which a storage tank formed by connecting a large number of panels is installed, the vertical members and the horizontal members are connected to form an outer frame that is equal to the bottom outer shape of the storage tank. At the same time, reinforcing materials are fixed to the outer frame in parallel with either the vertical members or the horizontal members and corresponding to the connection positions of the panels, and on the outside of the outer frame to which these reinforcing materials are fixed, respectively. A fixing member that presses the edges of the bottom panel is attached to the outer frame by protruding from the upper surface of the outer frame, and the edges of the bottom panel are attached to the outside corresponding to the connection positions of the panels of the outer frame perpendicular to the reinforcing member. The term el& means that the holding fixing member protrudes from the upper surface of the outer frame, and the fixing members facing each other with the outer frame sandwiched therebetween are tightened and fixed by a reinforcing rod passing through the outer frame.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. □ Figures 1 to 3 show an example of the panel storage tank installed on the frame of the present invention, with six panels 1 in the horizontal direction, five panels 1 in the vertical direction, and VC2 in the height direction. FIG. 2 is a plan view, an AA cross-sectional view, and a B-B cross-sectional view showing the arrangement of the support member 2 in an assembled structure in which two panels 1 are connected.

The front and rear walls 3 have six panels 1 connected in the horizontal direction and two panels l connected in the height direction. Support members 2 extending in a direction parallel to the left and right walls 4 and connected to the bottom panel 5 are provided at the connecting portions on both sides. on the other hand,
The left and right walls 4, to which five panels 1 are connected in the vertical direction and two panels 1 are connected in the height direction, are also connected to the front and rear walls 3. For supporting the front and rear walls 3, support members 2 extending in a direction parallel to the front and rear walls 3 and connected to the bottom panel 5 are provided at the joints at both ends of the tunnel 1 (connected to the center). It is fixed in the same position as member 2. Furthermore, the connecting portions of the first panel 1 from the corner are also connected by support members 2 for reinforcement in the horizontal plane and reinforcement of the corner portions. therefore,
The bottom panel 5 is provided with connection portions of the support members 2 at six locations, and a horizontal component of force acts in the direction in which each support member 2 is projected onto the bottom panel 5, and this horizontal force causes the connection portions of the bottom panel 5 to trying to pull away.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the pedestal 6 on which the bottom panel 5 to which such force acts is installed has horizontal members 7 and vertical members 8 connected to each other, so that it has almost the same shape as the bottom panel 5. An outer frame 9 is formed by welding 1 using H-shaped steel, and four reinforcing members 10 using H-shaped steel are arranged parallel to the cross members 7 and at positions corresponding to the connecting parts of the bottom panel 5. Both ends are welded to the vertical member 8. The bottom of the storage tank installed on this pedestal 6 is located above the flange 1a at the side end of each panel 1 of the bottom panel 5 by 2 minutes, and the front and rear walls 3 and left and right walls 4 are also located above this flange. Since the corner block 11 is formed from above by the height of one member, a corner block 11 having the height shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 is used for connection with the bottom nozzle 5. Therefore, in order to support the bottom panel 5 via this corner boot stock 11, a fixing member 12 is provided on the outer side of the vertical member 8 forming the outer frame 9 of the pedestal 6, corresponding to the connection position of the panel 1. This fixing member 12 protrudes from the upper surface of the vertical member 8 and the corner block 11
It is fixed with bolts through a washer 13 fixed to the inside of the H-shaped steel of the vertical member 8. On the other hand, a fixing member 12 protrudes from the upper surface of the cross member 7 by the height of the corner block 11 in correspondence with the connecting position of each panel 1 of the outer bottom nozzle 5 of the cross member 7 of the outer frame 9 perpendicular to this. established,
Fixing members 12 facing each other with the outer frame 9 in between are parallel to the vertical members 8 and bolts 14 as reinforcing rods pass through the outer frame 9.
It is connected and fixed. These bolts 14 are connected depending on the size of the storage tank (in order to accommodate different numbers of flannel 1, the required length is included in the unit size of the panel 1) and connected with a connecting nut 15. Good. Also, when the bolts 14 are tightened, a force that lifts the cross member 7 acts and creates a bending force, but in order to prevent this, there is a Spacers 16 each having a flat steel plate fixed to both ends of the angle iron are interposed.

In this way, the fixing members 12 are provided on the outside of the panel connection positions of the outer frame 9 of the frame 6, respectively, protruding from the upper surface of the outer frame 9, so that the horizontal component force acting on the support member 2 provided inside the storage tank is [This can prevent the connecting portion of the bottom panel 5 from being pulled apart.

As described above in detail in Example Σ, according to the present invention, the horizontal force acting on the bottom panel can be supported by the support member of the panel storage tank, and the strength and seismic strength are improved. In addition, the pedestal and reinforcing structure are provided at the bottom of the pedestal, so it does not interfere with internal inspection or cleaning of the storage tank.
